So, what’s the challenge… We are looking for a Senior Product - UX Designer who refuses to settle for "good enough". As part of the newly formed Digital & AI division at Allwyn Hellas, you will not just be designing screens; you will be shaping the digital experience for millions of users across our global gaming ecosystem. You will merge data, aesthetics, and psychology to build seamless, accessible, and high-performance products. You will also be at the forefront of our transformation, integrating AI workflows to accelerate innovation.

What your day to day will include:

• Leading the end‑to‑end design process, from discovery to delivery, defining user flows, IA structures, and high‑fidelity UI for flagship digital platforms.
• Applying mobile‑first thinking and leveraging deep mastery of Apple HIG and Material Design guidelines to craft native, high‑performance mobile experiences.
• Evolving and governing the Allwyn Design System, ensuring consistency and scalability across component libraries, design tokens, and documentation.
• Designing interfaces optimized for performance and accessibility, ensuring compliance with Web Vitals standards and WCAG 2.2 guidelines.
• Leveraging AI‑powered tools to accelerate user testing, prototyping, and automated design audits, enabling more time for creative problem‑solving and innovation.

What you’ll bring:

• 5+ years of experience in Product Design (UX/UI), with a portfolio demonstrating complex transactional flows (e‑commerce, fintech, gaming)
• Strong understanding of native mobile interaction patterns and mobile HCI principles
• Solid knowledge of HTML/CSS constraints and mobile development frameworks
• Ability to design feasible, scalable, and technically robust product solutions
• Familiarity with inclusive design and accessibility standards (EAA, WCAG)
• Comfort working with analytics, heatmaps, and A/B testing insights to support design decisions
• Expert proficiency in Figma (including variables and advanced prototyping); experience with AI‑assisted design tools is a strong asset
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver high‑quality work in a fast‑paced, evolving environment
• Curiosity, innovation mindset, and commitment to continuous improvement
