About the Role

The Web Development Manager at Alludo is a strategic and hands-on leader, responsible for overseeing the development, operation, and modernization of our web infrastructure supporting a global B2B and B2C digital presence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a mixed team of full-time and contract developers across Python and PHP.
  • Define detailed technical tasks, write clear implementation tickets and provide coding guidance.
  • Oversee Django-based websites on AWS with Bitbucket and Jenkins deployments.
  • Maintain Jenkins workflows, handle CDN configurations via Akamai and Cloudflare, and troubleshoot network issues.
  • Support legacy and modern platform transitions and integrations including Drupal migrations and analytics tool implementations.
  • Manage vendor relationships, budgets, and platform contracts.

What You Bring

  • 5+ years managing technical web or marketing technology teams.
  • Strong full-stack development leadership and hands on coding experience.
  • Expertise in Django, Python, Drupal, PHP, AWS and deployment pipelines.
  • Experience with CDN and edge caching using Akamai/Cloudflare and analytics integrations.
  • Excellent communication, project management and vendor negotiation skills.
