Executive Operations Lead Role
Reporting directly to the CEO, you will partner closely with the leadership team to drive company rhythm, scale operations, and ensure execution excellence. You will support leadership meetings, offsites, board meetings and oversee key deliverables.
What You'll Be Doing
- Support planning and execution of leadership meetings, offsites and board meetings.
- Track key projects, deliverables, and deadlines for accountability.
- Manage complex calendars, schedule across time zones and arrange travel logistics.
- Prepare briefings, presentations, and reports ahead of meetings.
- Represent the company with external stakeholders and act as a liaison for the CEO.
- Oversee bi-monthly Town Hall meetings including agenda, speakers, and Q&A sessions.
- Maintain systems for document management, expenses, and approvals.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience supporting senior executives.
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and time-management skills.
- Proven discretion, integrity, and independence in decision-making.
- Strong ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented, hands-on, with a bias for action.
- Cross-functional team player with excellent relationship-building skills.
- Humility, empathy and open-mindedness.
- Passion for the outdoors.
