What You’ll Do

  • Collaborate with senior designers to create accessible, engaging interfaces.
  • Apply UX best practices and usability principles to improve digital products.
  • Participate in design reviews, brainstorming sessions, and cross-functional meetings.
  • Assist in creating wireframes, prototypes, and documentation using tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
  • Support usability testing and incorporate feedback to refine designs.
  • Contribute to design systems and style guides ensuring consistency.

Who You Are

You are pursuing a bachelor’s degree in human factors, HCI, interaction design, web design, graphic design, psychology, or anthropology. You understand foundational UX design principles, are eager to grow your skills, and have experience or interest in digital product design, interaction design, or visual design. You are proficient with design tools and thrive in a fast-paced, agile, team environment.
