Overview

In this role, you will design and execute test cases, identify issues, and contribute to quality improvements through manual, automation, or both testing methods.
Role Description
The Project and Program Management Quality Tester Consultant I is responsible for leading low-complexity projects or programs under the mentorship of a senior manager. You will provide objective assessments, manage risks, and ensure project transparency while driving business results and quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess and report project health with clear status updates
- Engage stakeholders in risk identification and mitigation
- Provide direction throughout the project lifecycle
- Coordinate, document, and communicate project plans
- Identify, resolve, and escalate project risks as necessary
- Plan and implement most aspects of projects or programs
Supervisory and Collaborative Environment
This role does not have supervisory responsibilities and works collaboratively within the team. You will act as an internal advocate while ensuring business objectives are met.
Compensation and Benefits
Base compensation ranges between $50,700 and $78,570 annually based on experience and qualifications. Joining the team means contributing to a meaningful impact and quality service delivery while working with a thriving network of partners and subsidiaries.
