Job Description

The Optimization Lead Consultant is responsible for shaping roadmaps, guiding discovery, and ensuring the delivery of initiatives that maximize customer experience and enterprise value. You will work with key stakeholders to align strategy, build momentum, and execute communication plans that inspire engagement across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build strong connections across teams to align project goals.
  • Participate in incident triage and drive root cause solutions.
  • Partner with teams to ensure smooth implementations.
  • Define and manage KPIs to create transparency.
  • Turn insights into actionable metrics and business requirements.
  • Lead discovery and test-and-learn activities for agile digital direction.
  • Provide recommendations using data insights and lean practices.
  • Champion end-to-end delivery from definition to implementation.
  • Leverage user input and market analytics to drive strategic decisions.
  • Contribute to holistic digital transformation strategies.

Compensation & Additional Information

Base compensation for this role is offered between $93,000 and $144,000 annually based on qualifications and experience, with additional incentive pay components.
