As an IT Infrastructure Lead Consultant, you will be instrumental in creating, supporting, and integrating processes and tools that enable the seamless delivery of infrastructure services. This pivotal role involves providing critical analysis and guidance on infrastructure processes, monitoring, reporting, metrics, tools, and operational activities. You will lead infrastructure selection, development, implementation, and maintenance by overseeing incident support and resolution efforts. The role requires planning and managing tasks related to automated monitoring and alerting solutions, metrics and reporting, new applications integration, and incident trending and analysis. You will also provide problem management communications to senior leadership, oversee change implementation, communicate infrastructure changes to all stakeholders, and provide infrastructure-related communications and training.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead incident trending and analysis across multiple technologies to identify potential problems and drive recommendations to resolution.
• Ensure the execution of day-to-day procedural activities, including recovery support and communication status updates to various support teams.
• Validate operational security for applicable tools and processes through reporting and communication of security breaches.
• Facilitate and oversee the implementation of technical and administrative changes.
• Plan and manage tasks to create metrics and reporting solutions for improved infrastructure service delivery, covering requirements definition, scripting/programming, and testing.
• Plan and manage tasks to integrate new or revised critical/priority applications with operational support tools for automated monitoring and alerting.
• Provide focused rigor around high availability incidents (e.g., Cloud Services, connectivity), driving user-impacting, high-profile, and multi-application incidents to resolution, while communicating status to leadership.
• Manage/lead efforts to determine originating factors for incidents and develop recommendations for preventing recurrence to key stakeholders.
• Plan and manage tasks to create, revise, and implement automation solutions for infrastructure production control processing, monitoring, and alerting.

Essential Skills

• 5+ years of experience in infrastructure management, with hands-on experience in AWS and Azure preferred.
• Solid experience with Microsoft Entra is preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience with Terraform is required.
