Inside Property Adjuster

About the Role

As an Inside Property Adjuster, you will provide exceptional service to policyholders by inspecting damages virtually, investigating coverage, preparing estimates, and settling claims promptly and accurately.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform virtual inspections and damage assessments.
• Investigate claim coverage and prepare estimates.
• Negotiate settlements with customers, vendors, and third parties.
• Communicate with stakeholders via calls, emails, and video chats.
• Document all claim actions accurately in the claim system.

Schedule & Work Arrangement

During training: In-office Monday-Friday, 8am-4:30pm. After training: Hybrid (in-office & remote) with rotational Saturday duty.

Preferred Qualifications

1+ years of customer service experience with excellent organization and multitasking skills. Previous industry experience and the ability to assess property damages are highly desired. Strong communication, negotiation, and independent work skills are essential.

Licensing & Bonus

You may be required to obtain an adjuster or appraiser license within 60 days of hire. Eligible candidates with active licenses may receive a sign-on bonus of $1000.
