Role Overview

As a Digital Product Manager Observability within the Architecture Compute and Engineering organization (ACE), you will define, deliver, and manage the lifecycle of one or more digital observability products. This role blends strategic thinking, technical understanding, and business acumen to drive innovation, enhance product offerings, and support the Consumer Connected Cloud mission.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead strategy, roadmap, and execution for observability products.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements for log analytics, metrics, traces, and monitoring.
  • Drive adoption and continuous improvement of observability platforms and event notifications.
  • Analyze user feedback and telemetry data to reduce mean time to resolution (MTTR).
  • Stay updated on industry trends in observability, SRE practices, and monitoring technologies.

Qualifications

Experience with Agile methodologies, product management tooling, development processes, UX/UI design, and digital marketing is essential. Strong analytical, communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills are required. Preferred experience includes networking, identity management solutions, infrastructure as code, automation, data analytics, or cloud solutions.

Experience levels vary from 3+ years for practitioners to 5+ years for lead and 7+ years for expert roles.

Compensation & Additional Information

Compensation for this role ranges from $104,000.00 to $187,625.00 annually based on experience. A background investigation is required. Please note that Allstate does not sponsor employment-based visas for this position. Additional local policy information is available for San Francisco and Los Angeles.
