Role Overview
The Digital Product Manager Observability will define, deliver, and manage the lifecycle of observability and monitoring products within the Architecture Compute and Engineering (ACE) organization. This role blends strategic thinking, technical understanding, and business acumen to drive product success in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead strategy, roadmap, and execution of digital observability products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on product requirements.
- Drive adoption of observability and event notification platforms.
- Analyze telemetry data to prioritize feature improvements and reduce MTTR.
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging SRE practices.
Qualifications
Candidates should have experience with Agile methodologies, data analysis, and excellent communication skills. Prior experience with tools like Datadog and AppDynamics is preferred. Technical knowledge in networking, identity management, infrastructure as code, and cloud solutions is a plus.
Experience Levels
The role spans multiple levels from entry to expert. Depending on your experience (3+ years for senior roles, 5+ years for lead, and 7+ years for expert), you can operate with decreasing levels of guidance while influencing product strategy and mentoring peers.
