Overview
At Allstate, great things happen when our people work together to protect families and their belongings from life’s uncertainties. In the role of Data Analytics Consultant, you will support Law and Regulation teams by developing clean, reliable data pipelines and delivering actionable insights.
Key Responsibilities
- Compile, clean, organize and analyze moderately complex data.
- Provide technical expertise in data preparation and reporting.
- Make data analytics accessible to non-technical stakeholders.
- Establish and communicate standards for data retrieval and quality.
- Present project information to teams and management.
- Monitor and evaluate business initiatives against KPIs.
Essential & Desirable Skills
- 2+ years in statistical, predictive, and prescriptive analytics.
- Experience querying databases (SQL, Oracle, MongoDB).
- Skilled in cleaning and transforming raw data.
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI).
- Proficiency in SQL and basic programming (Python, PySpark, R).
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Fabric and data modeling concepts.
- Understanding of the US Legal System is a plus.
Education & Experience
Bachelor's Degree required. 0-2 years of relevant experience preferred.
Other Information
Compensation ranges from $55,500 to $93,600 annually based on experience. Background investigation required. Allstate adheres to equal opportunity policies and promotes non-discriminatory practices. Note: Visa sponsorship is not available for this role.
