Agency Inquiry Consultant I at Allstate

The Agency Inquiry Consultant I role supports Business Partners and Agency Owners by handling and reporting Agency Program inquiries. The role involves building and maintaining inquiry metrics and reporting systems to identify potential issues and recommend corrective actions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and distribute clarifying materials for recurring inquiries
- Maintain a network of Agency Program SMEs
- Track inquiries and support inquiry metric reporting
- Provide timely, accurate responses to low to moderate complex inquiries
- Research processes to identify root causes and recommend solutions
- Support Allstate Lending Connection and process agency garnishments via SAP
Experience & Skills:
- 2+ years of relevant experience preferred
- Proficiency in SAP
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Strong customer service and communication skills
Additional Information:
The role does not have supervisory duties. Compensation ranges from $50,000 to $82,542.50 annually, based on experience and qualifications. A background investigation is required. Allstate values diversity and does not discriminate based on any protected status.
