Position Overview
As a Virtual Mental Health Counselor, you will support Assistance Program Members (EAP, MAP, SAP) by providing counseling, coaching, and support that fosters holistic well-being. Whether you are fully licensed or hold a limited license, this position offers guaranteed hours with paid supervision at a lower hourly rate until licensure is complete.
What You’ll Do
- Deliver counseling, coaching, and mental health support.
- Foster a supportive and empathetic environment.
- Collaborate with the AllOne Health team to ensure quality care.
What You’ll Need
- Master's degree in a Behavioral Health field from an accredited institution.
- Full Clinical licensure preferred, limited licensure also considered.
- Reliable internet connection and tech setup for telehealth.
Position Perks
- 100% remote telehealth opportunity.
- Flexible working hours including nights and weekends.
- Competitive hourly rate ($30.00 - $34.20 per hour).
- Up to $500 reimbursement for continuing education and/or license annually.
