Job Description

As a Janitor for Allied Universal Janitorial Services, you will be responsible for cleaning and servicing client properties to maintain their best condition. You will also provide friendly assistance to patrons or customers when requested.

Compensation: $15.00 per hour

Qualifications/Requirements

• Be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent (for full-time positions).
• May require background check and drug screen per federal, state, and local laws.
• Effective communication skills to assist customers, patrons, and employees.
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies.
• Strong attention to detail and reliability in repetitive tasks.
• Ability to work in various weather conditions and environments.
• Capability to operate cleaning equipment (scrubbers, pressure washers, carpet extractors).
• Physical ability to climb ladders, stand on varied surfaces, and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to perform tasks that involve twisting, bending, stooping, and reaching overhead.
