High-Level Overview
ATP is building a talent pool of Francophone Monitoring, Evaluation, and Data Experts to support programme delivery, performance tracking, and data-driven decision-making across energy, climate, and infrastructure projects. These roles will support governments, development partners, and implementing agencies in designing and operationalising MEL frameworks and data systems.

Key Deliverables
- Design and implement monitoring and evaluation frameworks
- Develop indicators, results frameworks, and reporting tools
- Support data collection, validation, and analysis
- Develop dashboards and reporting systems for programme tracking
- Produce reports and insights to inform decision-making
- Support capacity building for data systems and MEL processes
Requirements
Experience Required:
- 8–15 years of experience in MEL, data analytics, or programme evaluation
- Experience working on development or donor-funded programmes
Technical Requirements
- Experience designing MEL frameworks and results-based systems
- Strong data analysis capability
- Familiarity with tools such as Excel, Power BI, GIS, or similar
- Experience with impact evaluation or performance tracking systems
Other Skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capability
- Structured reporting and communication
- Attention to detail
Additional Information About Desired Profiles
- Fluency in French and English is mandatory
- Experience in Francophone Africa strongly preferred
- Experience working with governments or DFIs is an advantage
