Job Description
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Workday Integration & Reporting Developer to design, build, and support integrations and reporting solutions for a Higher Education client. The ideal candidate has strong expertise in Workday integration tools, reporting frameworks, and ERP ecosystems such as Workday Student, HCM, or Financials. This role collaborates closely with functional and technical stakeholders to deliver scalable integrations, reliable reporting, and data solutions supporting academic and administrative operations.
Mandatory Requirement
- Proven experience working with Higher Education clients (must-have)
Key Responsibilities
Integration Development
- Design, develop, test, and deploy inbound/outbound integrations between Workday and third-party systems
- Build integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, Web Services, and RaaS
- Perform data extraction, transformation, mapping, and validation
- Integrate with SIS, Payroll, Finance, Admissions, and Identity Management systems
- Troubleshoot failures and ensure reliable data flow across platforms
Reporting & Analytics
- Develop Custom, Advanced, and Matrix Reports, plus dashboards
- Create calculated fields and business-driven reporting solutions
- Build reports using Custom Reports, Discovery Boards, Dashboards, and Prism Analytics (preferred)
- Schedule and automate report distribution
- Support compliance, audit, and institutional reporting needs
Technical Skills Required
- Workday Studio
- EIB, Core Connectors, RaaS
- Workday Reporting (Advanced, Matrix, Custom)
- Calculated Fields
- Workday Web Services (SOAP/REST)
- XML, XSLT, JSON
- Integration security & authentication
