Senior Business Intelligence Analyst (Data & AI)
Remote LATAM | Full-timeAbout the RoleWe’re seeking a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to design and deliver modern analytics solutions that combine BI, data platforms, and AI-driven insights. This is a client-facing consulting role where you’ll turn complex data into actionable insights and help organizations make better, data-driven decisions.What You’ll Do- Design and build dashboards, reports, and semantic models (Power BI, Tableau)
- Define KPIs and translate business needs into analytics solutions
- Integrate predictive analytics and ML models into reporting
- Architect solutions using modern data platforms (Fabric, Databricks, Snowflake, Synapse)
- Lead client workshops, discovery sessions, and presentations
- Collaborate with data engineering and AI teams
- Mentor junior BI team members and promote best practices
- 5+ years in BI, analytics, or data consulting
- 2+ years leading BI technical projects, client engagements, or solution architecture.
- Strong expertise in Power BI (DAX, semantic modeling, Tabular Editor).
- Tableau development experience for building client-facing dashboards.
- Strong SQL expertise for data querying, validation, and troubleshooting.
- Experience integrating AI/ML into BI solutions
- Proven ability to work directly with business stakeholders
- Strong communication and storytelling skills with data
- Experience with Fabric, Databricks, Snowflake, or Synapse
- Python or scripting for analytics/ML integration
- Knowledge of data governance and security
- Consulting or client-facing experience
