Job Description
Position Summary
The Contracts Administration Analyst will support the Senior Director, Implementation by maintaining and updating all contracts with clients. This role supports the new business and renewal processes by working with the Sales and Account Management teams, ensuring timely receipt of contracts and documentation, and updating business systems with relevant data.
Essential Functions
- Collaborate with the legal team on template contract updates
- Track and report new business tasks
- Conduct paperwork and billing audits
- Update BenefitPoint and other databases
- Ensure contract terms are current in Allied’s CRM
- Manage website administration functions
- Communicate new client information to vendors (PPO, UR, etc.)
- Create renewal and new business contracts with Sales and Marketing
- Send and track contract receipts
- Administer systems including BenefitPoint and Docuvantage
- Assist with Account Management and implementation tasks
- Coordinate vendor contracts
- Maintain excellent internal and external communication
- Utilize strong analytical and organizational skills
- Other duties as assigned
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience is required along with 3-5 years of contracts administrative experience. A strong knowledge of the healthcare industry, legal/regulatory requirements, and intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office is expected.
