Job Description
Position Summary
The Contracts Administration Analyst directly supports the Senior Director, Implementation, focusing on maintaining and updating all client contracts. This role plays a crucial part in both new business and renewal processes, collaborating closely with the Sales and Account Management teams to ensure all necessary contracts and documentation are received. The analyst is responsible for accurately updating all business systems with relevant contract data.
Essential Functions
- Work with the legal team on any template contract updates.
- New business task tracking and reporting.
- Conduct paperwork and billing audits.
- Update BenefitPoint and all necessary databases.
- Ensure that contract terms are current in Allied Benefit Systems' databases (CRM).
- Complete website administration functions.
- Communicate new client information to all vendors, including PPO, UR, etc.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing on creating renewal and new business contracts.
- Send and track receipt of renewal and new business contracts.
- Serve as administrator for all administration systems, including BenefitPoint and Docuvantage.
- Assist with Account Management implementation tasks.
- Work with different vendors for vendor contracts.
- Maintain excellent written and verbal communication with all internal and external customers.
- Possess strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Education
A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience is required.
Experience And Skills
- 3-5 years of contracts administrative experience is required.
- Strong demonstrated knowledge and understanding of the healthcare industry, legal, and regulatory requirements.
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office.

This is an office environment requiring extended sitting and computer work.

This is a remote position. Allied Benefit Systems embraces a remote-friendly culture, offering flexibility and the comfort of working from home. To ensure a smooth and efficient remote work experience, candidates must have an internet connection obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 100Mbps download/25Mbps upload. Reliable internet service is essential for staying connected and productive.
