In Allianz Technology's Property & Casualty area, the Solution Designer Business Analyst plays a critical role in managing risks and delivering valuable insurance solutions. As a global IT service provider, Allianz Technology drives digitalization by providing comprehensive IT solutions to support P&C operations.
What You Do
You will analyze customer requirements and design future-state business processes and functions. Your responsibilities include:
- Conducting requirements analysis to transform business needs into actionable insights.
- Making design recommendations that align with standards and local adaptations.
- Providing advisory support to recommend best-fit solutions.
- Solving complex problems using analytical and conceptual skills.
- Bridging technical teams and business stakeholders for effective solution delivery.
What You Bring
The ideal candidate will have extensive project governance knowledge, proven experience in managing tasks in a dynamic environment, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work with cross-functional teams. Fluency in Italian and English, excellent communication, and willingness for short business trips are required. A relevant academic IT degree and at least 5 years of experience are essential.
