Allianz Consulting is the internal consulting division of the Allianz Group. Based in Munich, Paris, Milan, Trivandrum, Pune, Singapore, and New York, our global team of over 500 consultants is dedicated to transforming the future of Allianz from within. We offer expertise in strategy, market management, sales & distribution, IT, organization, claims & operations, central functions, and Agile methodologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide consultative support on Actuarial projects.
- Serve as an Actuarial subject-matter expert and reference point.
- Manage client communications, project timelines, and deliverables.
- Build long-term customer relationships and uncover new opportunities.
- Contribute to business development, client pitches, and internal projects.
Key Requirements
- University degree or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 3 years in operational business or management consulting.
- Expert knowledge of AI frameworks and practical use of AI tools.
- Strong project and change management skills.
- Excellent communication skills in English and German.
- Advanced skills in PowerPoint and Excel with additional programming and database experience as a plus.
- Professional Actuary Certification or willingness to pursue one.
Additional Information
Candidates with international experience and multilingual capabilities are highly welcomed. A genuine interest in IT and Generative AI is considered an asset.
