Job Role

The IAM Expert is responsible for analyzing and designing IAM systems, processes, and policies, ensuring they meet business requirements and security standards. Responsibilities include risk assessments, implementing security controls, system administration, user account management, access provisioning/deprovisioning, authorization matrixes, recertifications, password resets, audit logs and technical troubleshooting of IAM issues.

What You Will Do

• Analyze IAM requirements and implement effective solutions.
• Conduct risk assessment and develop mitigation strategies.
• Implement IAM policies and procedures based on best practices and compliance standards.
• Monitor IAM systems to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for IAM issues.
• Collaborate with IT, Security and Business teams.
• Maintain regulatory compliance (GDPR, HIPPA, etc.).
• Manage business roles and conduct periodic reviews.
• Document processes and ensure alignment with global standards.

What You Bring

Relevant university degree or equivalent experience with hands-on expertise in IAM systems and technologies (SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, LDAP, SSO, MFA and platforms like Okta, Ping, or Azure AD). Experience with Active Directory, CyberArk PIM, ServiceNow is a plus, as well as cloud IAM experience (AWS, Azure, GCP). Must understand regulatory compliance (GDPR, HIPPA, PCI-DSS, ISO 27001) and have excellent interpersonal skills. Certifications (CISSP, AWS, Microsoft Azure, GCP) and project management experience are advantages.
