LeanCore DevOps Engineer - Allianz Services
Allianz Services is seeking a skilled and motivated LeanCore DevOps Engineer to join our IT & Tech Engineering team in Pune, Maharashtra, India. This is a full-time, professional-level position focused on driving our DevOps transformation through modernization, automation, and collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
- Modernize, design, and develop build and development tools/processes.
- Contribute to architectural decisions within an agile team environment.
- Set up and maintain Cloud Infrastructure on Kubernetes for development and build environments.
- Drive our transformation towards DevOps with a high degree of automation.
- Ensure best practices and standards are followed across the team and projects.
- Work and collaborate effectively within international projects.
- Demonstrate proven team-player capabilities with strong communication skills.
Technical Skills Required
- Excellent knowledge of Kubernetes.
- Proficiency in AWS (including Cloud Development Kit) and Microsoft Azure.
- Expertise in Terraform.
- Experience with Helm.

- Skilled in GitHub Actions.
- Strong Linux skills (including GNU Core Utilities, Bash Scripting) and Docker.
