Position Overview

The GL/Excess Claims Adjuster III will manage a caseload of GL/Excess claims across multiple states. The role involves new loss assignments, reserve setting, detailed coverage analysis, drafting complex coverage letters, and developing legal strategies with counsel. Utilization of artificial intelligence tools is also expected.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage caseload and assignments across multiple states.
• Conduct coverage analysis and interpret liability policy language.
• Draft complex coverage letters including reservations of rights.
• Develop legal strategies and manage litigation with counsel.
• Utilize AI tools and resources to improve processes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5-10 years GL/Excess Claims experience.
• Technical background in coverage issue identification and policy interpretation.
• Experience in regulated environments and compliance adherence.
• College degree required.
• Legal work authorization in the U.S. without sponsorship.
