About the Role

Allianz Partners is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Support Associate to join our Claims Department on a 6-month contract. This role involves supporting the team with operational tasks including data entry, validating insurance coverage, handling documentation, and more.

What You Will Do

  • Perform accurate data entry and open claim cases.
  • Validate insurance coverage and complete documentation.
  • Request missing documents from clients or providers.
  • Screen and triage incoming documents appropriately.
  • Investigate details surrounding insurance claims.
  • Assist with general clerical duties and mailroom support.
  • Respond to internal inquiries and urgent requests promptly.
  • Create and send professional correspondence and reports.
  • Support special projects and handle mail distribution.
  • Leverage AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) to enhance workflow.

What You Will Bring

  • High school diploma or equivalent; office experience is an asset.
  • Strong attention to detail with multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in data entry with high accuracy and speed.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Bilingual in French is an asset.
  • Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) is a plus.
  • Availability to work onsite at our Cambridge, Ontario office.
