About the Role
The Digital Business Analyst will join Cécilia Tracana’s team to work on cutting-edge projects that shape the future of the company and the industry. In this role, you will:
- Own clarity, structure, and documentation of business requirements.
- Translate business needs into actionable technical requirements.
- Bridge communication between business, product, and engineering teams.
- Manage multiple initiatives in a fast-moving environment.
- Facilitate discussions and decision-making with diverse stakeholders.
What You Bring
Proven experience as a Business Analyst in digital, platform, or technology-driven settings. Strong skills in requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation are essential, as is the ability to manage multiple topics concurrently. Fluency in English and experience working with cross-functional international teams are required.
