Business Analyst - Claims Transformation Role
This role is part of the newly established Claims Transformation Team. You will work closely with stakeholders, IT teams, and subject matter experts to improve claims processes, identify operational gaps, and design solutions that enhance efficiency and customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Requirements Gathering: Conduct interviews, surveys, and workshops.
- Document functional requirements clearly and comprehensively.
- Analyze current claims processes to identify inefficiencies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for solution design.
- Maintain effective stakeholder communication and updates.
- Develop test plans and facilitate user acceptance testing.
- Support change management and develop training materials.
- Maintain documentation including process maps and manuals.
- Monitor key metrics to evaluate process improvements.
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 3 years experience as a Business Analyst or related role.
- Proficient in process modeling techniques (BPMN, Visio, etc.).
- Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
- Knowledge of claims systems and insurance policies is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and cross-functional teamwork.
