About the Role

The Product Strategist at Allianz Global Investors is a key role within the Product Solutions & Marketing (PSM) function. Reporting directly to the Head of PSM Strategy, you will help shape the strategic agenda and impact the overall business direction.

What You Will Do

  • Execute strategic priorities for PSM aligned with corporate objectives.
  • Design frameworks and deliver in-depth industry research.
  • Craft persuasive, data-driven narratives and strategic recommendations.
  • Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
  • Drive product innovation and serve as a key advisor to senior management.
  • Represent PSM in internal and external industry forums.

What You Bring

A background in strategy consulting, asset management, or financial services with 3-7+ years of experience. Advanced degree or certifications (MBA, CFA preferred) and familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI) are beneficial. Excellent English communication skills are required; German language fluency is a plus. A consultative mindset, curiosity, and ethical AI practices are essential.
