Data Analyst at Allianz France

Within the Architecture, Data, and Strategic Steering Department, the Data Office team's work aims to implement a data strategy and program that ensures better utilization of data, a key asset of the company, and addresses:

  • Business challenges aimed at improving our productivity and business, by standardizing and uniformizing data to facilitate its reuse.
  • Defining the potential for business development by identifying new possible uses of existing data (Data Value Plan).
  • Developing Data & Analytics uses in Allianz France's operational processes.
  • Improving data accessibility and quality.

As well as regulatory challenges in data management.

This position reports to the Data Office but works in close connection with the Agile 'Operational Excellence' ecosystem, which offers multiple facets!

Activities

In conjunction with the Operational Excellence ecosystem and your manager, you will:

  • Contribute to Process Mining (PM) and Task Mining (TM) analysis work.
  • Conduct business analyses on demand or proactively based on Celonis data within the perimeters, in conjunction with the Process Mining expert and other stakeholders.
  • Strengthen the industrialization of the Task Mining methodology across different stages and domains (technical, communication, data analysis such as developing analysis tools in Python or other tools, developing analysis algorithms and value creation for the business).
  • Act proactively and critically in data interpretation by seeking hypotheses and proposing solutions, upstream with project managers through to finalization, and with other stakeholders.
  • Ensure continuous improvement of the methodology.
  • Explore and implement new innovative market functionalities for Allianz France within the squads.
  • Study and implement innovations related to PM and TM, notably building the methodology to link Celonis' Task Mining & Process Mining and solidifying work on predictive analytics as well as those related to Machine/Deep Learning.
  • Establish a logic of innovation and monitoring of new technologies and functionalities of Celonis and other AI annotation builders, Copilot, Power BI, etc.
  • Share opportunities and translate them into actions and outputs for Allianz France.
  • Contribute to the visibility of projects within Allianz France and the Group.
  • Present contributions and innovations with impact to stakeholders (project & business), during various instances (workshop, training, Hackathon, conference, Machine Learning, etc.) in French and English.
  • Share and identify potential synergies between the Data Governance team and the CEPO with the help of managers.
  • Engage in an agile dynamic in direct connection with Allianz's ecosystems.

Technical Skills

  • Mastery of analytical skills to understand, interpret, and analyze data.
  • Proficiency in data manipulation and visualization.
  • Understanding of statistical concepts.
  • Ability to understand complex problems and adapt to new subjects/challenges: must be curious and have an analytical mind to explore data, ask relevant questions, and solve complex problems.
  • Mandatory English proficiency (C1 or C2 level).
  • Solid understanding of data analysis, automation, and Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools.
