Join us as an Investigations Coordinator on a 6-12 month secondment to help secure the future by applying industry-leading investigation practices.

About the Role

You will:

  • Assist in applying investigation practices to minimize fraudulent claims.
  • Meet service level agreements as per National Investigations Unit (NIU) guidelines.
  • Provide professional advice and support aligned to NIU guidelines and business plans.
  • Review external investigations and invoices ensuring compliance and efficiency.
  • Maintain processes and systems to comply with guidelines and ensure national consistency.

About You

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Over 3 years of experience in Motor or Property Claims in a complex general insurance organization.
  • Experience managing external suppliers and a background in general insurance investigations.
  • An understanding of insurance investigation processes and legal issues including liability.
  • Strong technical proficiency with systems, software, databases, reporting, and communication tools.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills along with a passion for digital innovations.
