About the Role
The Fraud Analyst - Customer & Operations NSW role involves preparing ad hoc reports using various AAL data sources including the data warehouse. You will provide operational support to all lines of business with services such as open source investigations, social media analysis, skip tracing, and data analysis. You will also undertake internal investigations to reduce outsourcing costs, communicate fraud network analysis and social media reporting to stakeholders, and assist in implementing operational solutions to minimise fraudulent activity.
About You
- Experience in customer service within complex, matrixed insurance organisations.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
- Strong planning, prioritisation and organisational skills.
- Proven analytical and critical thinking skills with data interpretation.
- Technical proficiency with systems, software, databases, and reporting tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Passion for leveraging emerging technologies in a digital landscape.
