Summary
The Demand Generation Marketing Manager develops and manages integrated demand generation strategies to drive qualified pipeline and revenue growth. This role collaborates with producers, sales leadership, subject-matter experts, and centralized marketing teams.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Lead multi-channel demand generation strategies across digital, content, events, webinars, ABM, and sales enablement.
- Translate practice-level business objectives into measurable marketing programs to support pipeline and revenue goals.
- Partner closely with sales, producers, and practice leaders to support prospecting and account expansion.
- Collaborate with corporate brand, digital, communications, and marketing operations teams for campaign consistency.
- Define campaign KPIs, pipeline attribution and measure ROI with marketing operations.
- Optimize campaigns by analyzing performance data and improving conversion rates.
- Maintain data integrity and comply with company policies and legal standards.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in marketing or equivalent combined with over six years of experience in B2B demand generation, particularly in insurance, employee benefits, or professional services. Experience in matrixed marketing environments supporting Employee Benefits, HR, or healthcare sectors is required.
