Role Overview
The Senior Marketing Manager is an integrated marketing driver reporting to the Director of Regional Marketing. This role is vital in reaching higher client engagement, driving volume growth, and differentiating the AAH brand among 50+ individually branded practices. Candidates should be inquisitive, agile learners with strong emotional intelligence and a drive for success.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage and communicate with Regional Managers to adapt marketing efforts.
- Inform and drive client growth strategies for numerous practices.
- Support technology solutions for frictionless client engagement.
- Lead execution of email, website, SMS, and other campaigns.
- Partner with practices to build lasting relationships.
- Utilize marketing analytics to inform and optimize strategies.
- Manage projects, budgets, timelines and report executive status.
- Coordinate with agency and freelance partners for effective marketing executions.
- Support content calendar, social media, and performance reviews.
- Provide technical and strategic project input.
Qualifications
- 5+ years’ experience in Marketing or Communications.
- Experience in the veterinary industry preferred.
- 1+ years of supervisory experience is a plus.
- Willingness to travel up to 25% for corporate sessions and practice visits.
Compensation & Benefits
The anticipated starting base salary ranges from $100,000 to $115,000 per year. A robust benefits package that includes medical, non-medical, and retirement benefits is offered, along with programs designed for career development.
