Role Overview

The Digital Workplace Analyst is responsible for global support of Allegion’s portfolio of Microsoft Office 365 collaboration applications including SharePoint, Power Automate, and PowerApps. This role involves development, administration, and end-to-end project ownership for business-driven solutions.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Gather business requirements and design end-to-end solutions using Dataverse, SharePoint, and PowerApps.
  • Develop and administer applications including Power Automate flows and custom connectors.
  • Collaborate with an energetic team of developers, business representatives, and global teams.
  • Document design architecture, conduct code reviews, and ensure unit testing.
  • Support continuous improvement and implement Power Apps governance processes.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field; 5-7 years of experience with Microsoft Collaboration technologies including SharePoint Online, Power Apps, Power Automate, Microsoft Teams and Dataverse. Experience with an Agile Sprint Model, strong communication skills, analytical and problem-solving abilities are critical.

Nice to have: Experience with Power Automate Desktop, SharePoint Framework, Power Platform Fundamentals, Power Virtual Agent, and Power BI.
