Architectural Services Project Manager – West (Remote US)

We are seeking an Architectural Services Project Manager to promote professional door hardware specification services (Division 8 and 28) to architectural accounts as a strategic approach to market penetration. This role involves managing project lifecycles from Schematic Design through Construction Administration, including projects under an Architectural Consulting Agreement. Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Sponsorship for employment visa status is not provided. This position offers a flexible remote work arrangement within the US, with occasional on-site visits as needed. What You Will Do

  • Proactively manage the project lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget, while mitigating risks and maintaining quality control.
  • Assist in defining project scope and objectives, collaborating with stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility of door hardware solutions.
  • Promote Allegion brands and architectural services to potential clients.
  • Procure project specification opportunities through industry knowledge and networking.
  • Leverage relationships and industry expertise to establish architectural consulting agreements.
  • Collaborate effectively with local project sales teams on specification projects and market meetings.
  • Maintain comprehensive industry and competitor product knowledge by analyzing market data.
  • Adapt to evolving market dynamics and maintain awareness of all Allegion policies and procedures, ensuring compliance.

What You Need To Succeed

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, architecture, construction management, or door hardware consultancy.
  • High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Project Management, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
  • Basic understanding of security systems integrations and electronic components.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated experience in influencing others with a bias for action.
  • Strong customer service focus.
  • Ability to travel up to 10%.

Compensation
