Allcon Roofing is hiring a Roofing Service Technician to perform inspections, repairs, and maintenance for residential and commercial clients across the Upstate. This is steady service work - not production roofing. Our technicians focus on diagnosing issues, performing professional repairs, and helping customers extend the life of their roofs. We're looking for someone who values craftsmanship, reliability, and doing the job right the first time.

What You'll Do

• Perform roof inspections to identify leaks, damage, and maintenance needs
• Diagnose roofing issues and determine the best repair solutions
• Complete high-quality repairs on residential and commercial roofing systems
• Communicate clearly with customers about findings and recommended repairs
• Document work performed and materials used
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized job sites
• Properly use roofing tools, equipment, and safety systems

What We're Looking For

• Roofing repair experience preferred
• Experience in construction, siding, gutters, or exterior trades also considered
• Ability to diagnose problems and work independently
• Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
• Professional attitude when interacting with customers
• Reliable, dependable, and takes pride in their work
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• High school diploma or equivalent
