The Role

The Footwear Product Development Manager will lead the product creation process from concept to commercialization. Reporting to the Senior Director, Product Creation, you will manage complex project portfolios, set strategic direction, mentor your team, and ensure cross-functional collaboration. Your role will involve overseeing project timelines, leading critical sample reviews, managing PLM systems, and integrating sustainable practices for high-quality product delivery.

Who You Are

You are a resilient, collaborative, and innovative leader with a proven track record in product development. You excel in fast-paced environments, can manage multiple priorities, and have solid technical and managerial skills. A minimum BA/BS with 5+ years in product development or equivalent is preferred.

What Do We Offer?

This role pays between $118k - $130k annually and is based in San Francisco, CA with a hybrid work model (in-office Tues-Thurs and remote Mon and Fri). Allbirds routinely evaluates pay rates based on market rates, experience, and other components.
