About Allaway Group
Allaway Group is seeking a Head of Sales to lead commercial growth across Home, Professional Cleaning, and Industry sectors in Northern Europe and key international markets. Our high-quality products are designed and manufactured in our Finnish and Swedish facilities, with our main plant in Jyväskylä serving all markets and a dedicated Swedish site for Professional Cleaning and Industry applications.
Our business serves consumer, professional, and industrial clients, all focused on delivering clean air, safety, and reliability through durable, lifecycle-based solutions. Allaway's central vacuum systems are engineered for decades of reliable operation, providing customers with improved air quality, occupational safety, and operational resilience.
The Role: Head of Sales
As Head of Sales, you will be instrumental in building and leading a robust sales organization, developing a strong partner network, and refining a go-to-market model that embodies our long-term vision. Your role will focus on driving disciplined, value-based growth while upholding our commitment to lasting solutions. You will report directly to the Group CEO and be a valued member of the Group leadership team.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the commercial strategy for the Home and PRO business units.
- Drive the go-to-market strategy for the PRO business in Northern Europe.
- Develop profitability and distribution models for the Home business.
- Lead the international sales team and oversee operational sales in Finland.
- Build and develop distribution, installer, and partner networks.
- Work closely with Product Management and Supply Chain.
- Build a high-performance sales culture and strengthen the commercial development of the brand.
What We Expect from You
- Experience in sales leadership within B2B and/or B2C environments.
- Background in industrial equipment or solution sales.
- Proven track record of driving growth and managing mature businesses.
- Strong expertise in pricing, margins, and CRM.
- Fluency in Finnish and English (Swedish is considered an advantage).
- A hands-on approach, customer-centric mindset, and coaching leadership style.
