About the Role

ALL4 is seeking an experienced Air Quality Managing Consultant with expertise in air quality and other environmental media to support projects nationwide. As an ALL4 Managing Consultant, you will be an air quality technical expert dedicated to helping our clients succeed. We are looking for self-motivated, coachable, growth-oriented individuals who excel at building client relationships, managing complex projects and teams, and identifying new business opportunities with both existing and new clients.

This role fosters a strategic partnership with clients, grounded in authentic communication, personal ownership, and accountability. You will join a team of environmental professionals skilled in complex permitting, compliance, and modeling projects. This position offers flexibility, allowing you to work from any of ALL4's office locations. For individuals not located near an ALL4 office, the role can be performed fully remotely.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, manage, and execute all project tasks, including developing proposals and plans that define timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and procedures for completing multiple projects across various industries, serving as the primary client contact.
  • Prepare and execute high-level technical and consulting work, providing direction to team members.
  • Monitor and control project activities to meet milestones and financial objectives.
  • Communicate project information effectively and proactively to the team.
  • Cultivate and lead existing projects, expanding business with current clients and managing annual client revenues as determined by the leadership team.
  • Prioritize client engagement through regular outreach, in-person meetings, and sharing ALL4 services.
  • Achieve ALL4 profitability targets and personal utilization goals.
  • Review client invoices and ensure project documentation is completed on schedule.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with regulatory organizations, providing interpretation and strategic analysis of environmental regulations.
  • Implement and monitor project procedures to ensure deliverable quality and contractual compliance.
  • Ensure project compliance with ALL4 quality assurance guidelines.
  • Manage the health and safety aspects of project fieldwork, including developing onsite safety plans.
  • Conduct regular project team meetings to discuss work status.
  • Exhibit ALL4’s core values in all interactions and mentor junior technical staff.
  • Potentially coordinate staff and perform other related duties as assigned.
  • Maintain professionalism regarding confidential and sensitive information.

Qualifications

  • Engineering or applicable environmental/science degree with a minimum of 5 years of environmental consulting experience.
  • Working knowledge of technical subjects related to air permitting, including NSR, minor NSR, Title V, TRI, Tier II, SPCC, NPDES, and SWPPP.
  • Established relationships with regulatory agencies and/or industrial sector professionals.
