Role: Project Manager SAP Customer Experience (CX)
We are currently looking for you, nationwide, as a (Senior) Project Manager - SAP Customer Experience (CX).
Your Impactful Work
- Holistic Project Responsibility: You will steer SAP CX projects from the kick-off phase to successful go-live with your client contact, in both classic and agile setups.
- Team Leadership: You will lead and coordinate our development teams throughout all project phases.
- Accountability for Time, Quality & Budget: The timely, high-quality, and economical implementation of projects is a given for you.
- Communication at Eye Level: You will present project progress to decision-making bodies and professionally prepare relevant decisions.
- Close Collaboration with Sales: You will support our sales team with sound expertise in quote calculation.

Your Profile
- A completed degree in an information science or business administration field – or a comparable qualification with corresponding professional experience.
- Certification and practical experience in common project management methods (e.g., PMI, PRINCE2).
- Very good written and spoken German and English skills.
- Experience in multi-project management.
- High communication skills, a convincing presence, and confident presentation abilities.
- Team spirit, empathy, and enjoyment of working with people.
- Structured work approach, creativity, and a keen eye for detail.
