About the Role
The Principal Project Manager Biometrics at Alira Health directs and manages biometrics projects from initiation to closure. The role is the primary contact for clients and sponsors, ensuring projects meet all requirements with a focus on quality, cost, and timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and maintain detailed project plans with milestones and resource allocation.
- Develop comprehensive project management documentation including communication and risk plans.
- Communicate project expectations clearly to team members and sponsors.
- Coordinate kick-off meetings, monitor study timelines, budget, and profitability.
- Mentor both Senior and Junior Project Managers and support process improvements.
- Collaborate with QA, finance, and other departments to manage risks and issues.
Desired Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor in a Scientific or related discipline with at least 5 years in clinical research and project management. Proficiency in project planning, organizing, controlling, and usage of project management software is essential.
Technical Competencies & Soft Skills
Proficiency in MS Office, strong communication skills, team orientation, stress management, conflict resolution, and quality focus are key for this role.
