Financial Planning & Analysis Coordinator
Alimentiv is seeking a Financial Planning & Analysis Coordinator to support all financial planning and analysis activities for its product lines. Reporting to the Director, Financial Planning & Analysis, you will collaborate with the Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis and cross-functional teams to analyze and forecast revenue, profitability, costs, backlog, and expenses. This role acts as a liaison between finance and project operations to develop systems that improve communication and tracking of project financial metrics.
Key Responsibilities
- Support analytics and dashboard development for financial tracking.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting and revenue analysis.
- Coordinate and administer study related budget agreements including change orders and vendor agreements.
- Reconcile project expenditures with budgets and update forecasting models.
- Analyze vendor proposals and support vendor bid package development.
Qualifications
Candidates should have one-to-two-year post-secondary certification or one to three years of relevant experience, preferably in accounting or office administration. Proficiency in Excel, data analytics, and VBA skills are highly desirable. Strong communication, attention to detail, teamwork, and continuous learning are essential.
