As a Sr Manager, Clinical Systems and Special Projects, you will work cross organizationally with clinical teams, support system enhancements, design new systems, and ensure effective workflow documentation and training.
Key Responsibilities
The role involves collaborating with internal stakeholders to gather and translate business requirements into technical specifications. You will review operational workflows, document issues and resolutions, assist in training plan creation, and work with leadership to implement process improvements.
- Gather and translate complex business requirements for clinical systems.
- Collaborate with clinical teams to enhance system functionalities.
- Develop detailed technical specifications and review design documents.
- Create and execute user training and workflow documentation.
- Build reports for performance management and compliance monitoring.
Qualifications
Applicants should have a minimum of 5 years of clinical program experience or equivalent education and experience, a Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred), and proven leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
