Writing & Literature Expert (AI Training)
What if your deep understanding of English literature and language could directly shape how AI writes, edits, and communicates with millions of people around the world? We're looking for skilled writers, editors, and language professionals to evaluate and improve AI-generated written content — helping ensure it meets the highest standards of quality, coherence, and style.
This is a fully remote, flexible contract role. No AI background needed — just an exceptional command of English and a sharp editorial eye.

Compensation: $20–$40/hour
Commitment: 10–40 hours/week
What You'll Do
- Review and evaluate AI-generated prose, essays, and written content for quality, coherence, and style
- Assess the accuracy of literary analysis, critical writing, and language-related AI outputs
- Identify issues with tone, structure, grammar, argumentation, and factual correctness
- Provide detailed, structured feedback to improve AI writing capabilities
- Evaluate translations and cross-cultural content for naturalness and nuance
- Edit and refine AI-generated text to meet professional publishing standards
- Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule
Who You Are
- Bachelor's degree in English, literature, linguistics, or comparative literature — OR 3+ years of professional experience in editing, publishing, translation, or content strategy
- Exceptional command of written English with a strong editorial eye
- Deep familiarity with literary conventions, rhetorical techniques, and language structure
- Able to articulate nuanced, structured feedback clearly and consistently
- Comfortable evaluating written content across diverse genres and topics
- Self-motivated and able to manage your own workload independently
- No prior AI experience required
Nice to Have
- Graduate-level study in English, creative writing, rhetoric, or linguistics
- Experience in academic publishing, literary criticism, or professional copyediting
- Familiarity with content strategy, SEO writing, or digital publishing workflows
- Translation or localization experience
- Background in teaching writing or composition
