Organization & Position Details
Organization: Alignerr Position: Vulnerability Management Analyst Type: Contract / Task-Based Compensation: $35–$60 per hour Location: Remote Commitment: 10–40 hours/week
What You’ll Do
- Analyze vulnerability reports, CVEs, and exposure scenarios across infrastructure and applications.
- Classify severity, impact, exploitability, and remediation strategies.
- Review patching, mitigation, and remediation decision-making scenarios.
- Help generate, label, and validate realistic security-reasoning data for AI system improvement.
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 2+ years experience in vulnerability management, security operations, or infrastructure security.
- Familiarity with CVEs, scanners, patching workflows, and risk prioritization frameworks.
- Understanding of tradeoffs between theoretical risk and production realities.
- Clear, structured, and analytical thinking skills.
