Organization & Position Details

Organization: Alignerr Position: Vulnerability Management Analyst Type: Contract / Task-Based Compensation: $35–$60 per hour Location: Remote Commitment: 10–40 hours per week

What You’ll Do

• Analyze vulnerability reports, CVEs, and exposure scenarios across infrastructure and applications.
• Classify severity, impact, exploitability, and remediation strategies.
• Review patching, mitigation, and remediation decision-making scenarios.
• Help generate, label, and validate realistic security-reasoning data for AI systems improvement.

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years in vulnerability management, security operations, or infrastructure security.
• Familiarity with CVEs, scanners, patching workflows, and risk prioritization frameworks.
• Understanding of trade-offs between theoretical risk and production impact.
• Clear, structured, and analytical thinking.
