About the Role: Voice Recording Specialist at Alignerr
Alignerr is seeking Voice Recording Specialists to contribute to training AI speech systems. In this hourly contract role, you will record natural speech samples by reading scripts and engaging in natural conversations.
Compensation & Commitment
- Type: Hourly Contract
- Compensation: $40–$120 /hour
- Location: Remote
- Commitment: 10–40 hours/week
What You'll Do
- Record clear voice samples adhering to provided scripts and prompts.
- Vary tone, pacing, and delivery as instructed to ensure diverse data.
- Ensure all recordings are clean, clear, and free from any background noise.
- Complete accurate metadata forms for each recorded sample.
- Participate in both scripted and free-form conversational recording sessions.

- Possess a clear, natural speaking voice suitable for AI training.
- Have access to a quiet environment ideal for recording.
- Equipped with a microphone or a smartphone capable of good audio quality.
- Comfortable with reading aloud and being recorded for extended periods.
