Visual Storytelling Prompt Writer AI Training
Alignerr is seeking Visual Storytelling Prompt Writers to help train the next generation of AI video models. Your job is to watch film and video clips and translate what you see into rich, structured prompts — capturing not just what's on screen, but how a scene feels, how it's framed, and what story it tells. What You'll Do
- Watch video clips and write detailed prompts that capture the full visual story.
- Describe characters, settings, camera angles, movement, and emotional tone with precision.
- Balance technical cinematographic detail with narrative and mood context.
- Produce multiple prompt variants for the same scene when required.
- Follow style guides for wording, point of view, and specificity.
- Suggest alternative phrasings and explain how they shift interpretation.
- Maintain a consistent, expressive writing voice across large batches of clips.

- Strong writer with a talent for vivid, precise visual language.
- Solid understanding of film grammar — shot types, camera movement, staging, pacing.
