About The Role
We are seeking Urdu language experts to evaluate and improve AI systems trained on Urdu-language content. In this role, you will review translations, identify errors, and ensure cultural and linguistic quality.

Organization: Alignerr Type: Hourly Contract Compensation: $40–$120/hour Location: Remote Commitment: 10–40 hours/week
What You'll Do
- Review AI-generated Urdu translations and original content for accuracy.
- Identify mistranslations, unnatural phrasing, or cultural issues.
- Suggest improvements for natural, idiomatic usage.
- Provide structured feedback on linguistic quality.
- Work independently and asynchronously on your schedule.
Who You Are
- Native or near-native fluency in Urdu.
- Strong written communication skills.
- Comfortable evaluating written language quality at scale.
- Attentive to detail and consistency.
- No prior AI experience required.
