We are currently hiring a Spanish Business Analyst to manage and mentor a team of analysts creating business-focused content designed to improve AI models. In this role, you will blend leadership, quality oversight, and subject matter expertise in MBA-relevant domains to ensure all outputs are accurate, logically sound, and perfectly aligned with project goals. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy people management, strive for operational excellence, and are passionate about shaping high-quality analytical content. No prior AI experience is required.

What You’ll Do as a Spanish Business Analyst

• Collaborate with and mentor a team of Spanish-speaking Business Analysts/Content Specialists.
• Allocate tasks, oversee workflows, and ensure timely, high-quality delivery of content.
• Conduct Quality Assurance (QA) reviews, refine processes, and continuously improve team efficiency.
• Provide performance feedback, offer training, and support career development for team members.
• Act as the primary stakeholder contact, sharing regular project updates and insights.
• Guide the creation of comprehensive case studies, detailed scenarios, and structured business content (covering areas like finance, policy, e-commerce, etc.) in both Spanish and English.

Requirements for a Spanish Business Analyst

• Bachelor's degree or undergraduate in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Statistics, or a related field. We are also open to candidates who do not have a Bachelor's degree but possess substantial experience in these areas.
• Native or near-native proficiency in Spanish, alongside professional fluency in English.
• 2+ years of dedicated team management experience.
• 3–6 years of experience in business analysis, consulting, content creation, or various domain-focused projects.
• Analytical Skills: Proven ability in research and strong analytical capabilities.
• Feedback Skills: Demonstrated ability to provide constructive feedback and detailed annotations effectively.
• Creative Thinking: Strong creative and lateral thinking abilities to solve complex problems.
• Communication: Excellent communication and collaboration skills are essential.
• No prior AI experience is required for this role.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree or undergraduate in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Statistics, or a related field.
• Prior experience with data annotation, data quality assurance, or evaluation systems.
• Bonus: Experience in case study writing, or academic/research content development.
